Ethiopia/Uganda - March 2012

Location: Ethiopia and Uganda
Cost: Estimated at $3500-$3800 depending on flight costs
Details: This team will spend several days in Ethiopia with Project 61 as well as minister in several orphanages in Addis including Restoration Orphanage and Kidane Mehret. They will also attend Beza International Church and visit Entoto Mountain.
After their time in Ethiopia they will fly to Uganda where they will be spending their time in beautiful Jinja. During the team's time in Jinja they will be staying at Canaan Children's Home among the amazing children and staff of Canaan. The team will have the opportunity to spend a day serving with Home Again Ministries by visiting the villages of the wonderful women and children of the Karamajong Tribe. The following day they will head to Amazima Ministries where they will be assisting in the weekly feeding program along with joining the kids in a fun time of worship and Bible lessons. The team will also be spending a day surrounded by little ones at the Amani Baby Cottage before finishing out their week and heading home. This is a trip not to be missed!
*Please note: most team members will need to fly to Washington, DC the day before the date listed above as the trip start date. This is in order to connect for the International flight in time as most flights leave in the morning or early afternoon and most connecting flights don’t make it in time. We will book all connections for you and if an overnight in DC is needed, we will make arrangements for the team for lodging. Thank you!
