Ethiopia & Uganda (Man Up) - July 2012

Details: Our 2nd Man Up and Go trip will be packed full of adventure to Love and Protect the Fatherless. This is a one-of-a-kind mission trip to love orphans in Ethiopia and Uganda. If you want to Man Up (women included) with Visiting Orphans and make a difference... this is your trip! Man Up leaders: Roger Gibson and Rob Neal will lead this team on an extraordinary adventure to Africa.
The Man Up team an entire week in the amazing country of Uganda. This team will first fly into Entebbe, Uganda and travel to Kampala to spend a Sunday morning church service with Pastor Samuel of Return Ministries, followed by an opportunity to provide lunch for the wonderful children of Return. The following day the team will be spending an afternoon loving the children at My Father's House. The team will also travel to beautiful Jinja where they will be staying at Canaan Children's Home ministering, leading and teaching VBS curriculum. Before heading to Ethiopia the team will have one last day to serve with Home Again Ministries by visiting the villages of the wonderful women and children of the Karamajong Tribe.
From Uganda we will then travel to Ethiopia, where the Man Up team will work exclusively with Project 61 and Great Hope in the poor community in Korah. This will be our 2nd Man Up trip, so the relationships we are building are priceless!
Trip Payment Schedule:
$200 deposit due up front in order to hold spot
$2,000 due May 13th(this plus your deposit is used to book your flights)
Your remaining balance due 3 weeks before departure
*Please note: most team members will need to fly to Washington, DC the day before the date listed above as the trip start date. This is in order to connect for the International flight in time as most flights leave in the morning or early afternoon and most connecting flights don’t make it in time. We will book all connections for you and if an overnight in DC is needed, we will make arrangements for the team for lodging. Thank you!
