180,000 (reasons to go)

Much like it's neighbor to the north, El Salvador, Honduras is a strikingly beautiful country.  Mountainous rainforest and tropical beaches make it a traveler's dream.  But underneath the exterior beauty exists an orphan crises.  UNICEF estimates that there are apporximately 180,000 orphaned children living in Honduras.

Visiting Orphans, in partnership with a local Honduran NGO called Puerta al Mundo,  is working to alleviate this crisis through coordinated efforts to provide social services and legal aid to abandoned children in Honduras.  This work will go a long way in giving these children a chance for a family and we need your help and support.

Join with us on a mission trip to Honduras to experience first hand the impact you can make in a child's life.
